Under the sink is where storage goes wrong: a pipe through the middle, no shelf, and everything beyond the front row effectively lost. Most organisers assume a clear rectangular space, which is exactly what you do not have.
These are built around the problem. Each unit is roughly 40 cm deep with a sliding drawer, and the design works around the pipework rather than pretending it is not there. Two come in the pack, which is usually enough to take one side each of the waste pipe.
The drawer slides forward, so the bottle at the back comes to you rather than requiring you to kneel on the kitchen floor with a torch. That single change is why these get used: the back half of the cupboard becomes real storage instead of a place things disappear into.
Each one comes with four hooks and a cup for brushes, sponges and gloves, which gets the small wet things off the cupboard floor. Sturdy ABS plastic wipes clean and does not mind the occasional leak, which under a sink is a matter of when rather than if.
Assembly is tool-free and nothing attaches to the cupboard, so there is no question of damage and no conversation with a landlord. They lift straight out and go in a box when the lease ends.
Measure the cupboard and the pipe position before buying, since that is the one thing that decides whether they fit. They suit kitchens and bathrooms equally, and in a share house they have the useful side effect of giving each person somewhere defined to put things.
